Consumer complaints regarding fraudulent use of the Maverick Metals Trading Inc. identity.

During the past few weeks, Maverick Metals Trading Inc. has received inquiries regarding a US mailing from numerous friends and the “Consumer Protection Dept.” of a company fraudulently representing themselves to be Maverick Metals Trading Inc. The individuals who have received this mailing report having received a check and a letter containing a “claim number” which entitles them to a significant sum of winnings.

In light of the information that has been brought to our attention, this company is impersonating Maverick Metals Trading as well as many other companies represented on these fraudulent checks.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should anyone attempt to cash, or use in any way, these fraudulent checks.

Maverick Metal Trading has already reported this matter to the police and strongly urges you to do the same.
